The project, located on Paredón Beach in the state of Jalisco, has the primary intention of creating a compact and timeless volume that simultaneously maximizes its location and creates contrasts as you move through the interior. The site has a significant slope and a set of vegetation that ultimately shapes the house, stepping the volume on the exterior and connecting the four levels with a concrete cylinder that contains the vertical circulation. The social space opens completely towards the Pacific Ocean through the terrace and the cantilevered pool, which also connects with the basement and the exit to the beach.
