Casa Loca
Los cabos
MEXICO
This interior design project is located in Los Cabos, Mexico, where the desert meets the ocean, resulting in warm temperatures moderated by a cool sea breeze. Near the entry, a shallow basin is placed in a court-yard at the heart of the home. A terrace offers a place for relaxatin. Lounge furniture in muted shades of white, tan and ochre surrounds a central pool in an ample lawn that leads to the ocean. The blue of the sky and sea is contrasted with the warmth of the interior material palette. Wood and copper are combined in furniture and decorative elements, while natural fibers and traditional Mexican textiles add depth and texture to the space.
The concept of blending tradition and modernity, a defining characteristic of the work of Ezequiel Farca is again present in this home. The refined and eclectic spaces contain custom designed furnishings as well as unique artisanal pieces sourced from around the country.
